And bedding cleanliness has been raised: white animal hairs were found on the sheets on one arrival, traced to a cat belonging to someone working at the property rather than to a previous guest's dog. It was changed promptly once reported, but anyone in the party with an allergy should check the bed before settling in. Storage is limited, so bring hangers, and it can be a little noisy at times.

Seaford beach is a short walk, Seaford Head gives you a proper cliff-top circuit straight from the town, and Cuckmere Haven and the Seven Sisters are just along the coast.
