The enclosed garden plus walking-paddock means you don't need to drive anywhere before letting the dog out, which is unusual for a short-term rental this far into the countryside. The property is described as spacious for a single annexe, with enough room for a dog bed plus luggage without feeling cramped.

One important caveat that came up in a recent review: at least one guest was charged a £40 fee for post-stay deep cleaning to remove dog hair. The hotel's own Agoda listing does not flag a pet fee, so confirm the current pet charge with the owner at booking — assuming the fee may apply is safer than discovering it later.
