Most guests report spotless apartments, but there are recurring accounts of units that were plainly not turned over between stays, with grimy bathroom grout, mould in the shower and used towels left out. Communal areas draw the same mixed reports, including dog hair through the corridors and a lingering smell in the basement hallway.
