The second is cost. Dog owners have been asked for a £15 pet charge on the day, in cash, and say it was not made clear when they booked, even where the dog was declared. Agree the pet charge and how it is paid before you travel.

Check which building your room is in, as the accommodation is spread across more than one, and the seafront is not within an easy walk, so reaching the beach means a car or a taxi.
