The caveats are real and worth reading before booking. This is a genuinely small apartment, and that is the single most common observation guests make. The seating is the pinch point: the sofa is small and is the only place to sit, so a couple plus a dog will find the living space tight, and anyone planning long evenings indoors should look elsewhere. Guests returning from the beach have also asked for a dustpan and brush, because a week of sand comes back with the dog and there is nothing provided to deal with it.

Two more things are worth knowing. Dogs are charged for, and the pet supplement has been reported as appearing after booking rather than up front, so confirm the total including your dog before you commit. Sound carries in the courtyard, and dogs in neighbouring properties have been audible. Parking is included, but the space is tight for anything larger than a car.

Best suited to a couple with one dog who plan to be out walking the coast most of the day and want a clean, well-placed base to sleep in rather than a spacious one to linger in.
