The owners welcome one well-behaved dog per booking, though large family groups regularly report bringing two dogs alongside eight adults and children - the house is spacious and all on one level, which suits older dogs. It is a short seven-to-ten-minute walk over the dunes to Crantock beach, where reviewers describe their dogs happily out every day, and the village pubs (the Albion Inn gets a mention) are close by.
