Young's Park is directly opposite, the park runs straight down to Goodrington Sands, and the beach is dog-friendly outside the main summer restriction period - which means the whole routine of a morning walk happens without getting in the car.
The apartments themselves are modern and well equipped: proper kitchens, good showers, tea, coffee and biscuits laid on, and keycode entry that makes a late arrival straightforward once you have the instructions clear.
